Shipping Fees:

  • Large Item Shipping: $450

  • Oversized Item Shipping: $700

COI & Building Requirements

Some buildings require:

  • A Certificate of Insurance (COI)

  • Additional insured endorsements

  • Hold harmless agreements

  • Advance delivery approval

These requirements vary by building and may affect carrier availability, pricing, and timing.
Any additional costs related to COI or building compliance will be discussed and approved prior to booking.

Delivery Scope & Limitations

Unless explicitly stated in writing, all nationwide shipments are curbside delivery only.

Curbside delivery means:

  • Delivery to the first accessible exterior location

  • No interior placement

  • No stairs, elevators, or tight access

  • No assembly, installation, or setup

Movers are not authorized to:

  • Assemble or install furniture

  • Stack multi-piece items

  • Adjust hardware, doors, or shelving

  • Connect lighting or electrical components

If a carrier performs services beyond curbside delivery without prior authorization, they do so at their own discretion and liability.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Inspect your item before the driver leaves

  • Report any visible damage to the carrier immediately

  • Take photos at delivery if there are concerns

Claims cannot be filed after the driver has departed.

Once an item is picked up, the buyer is responsible for staying in contact with the carrier to coordinate delivery.

Third-Party Shipping Disclaimer

We coordinate shipping as a convenience to our customers.
All carriers are independent third parties and are responsible for:

  • Handling and transport

  • Placement during delivery

  • On-site conduct

  • Any damage that occurs during transit or delivery

Any delivery-related claims must be handled directly with the carrier and their insurance provider.
