Shipping Policy

Shipping Fees:

  • Large Item Shipping: $450

  • Oversized Item Shipping: $700

  • COI Fee: Add $100 if your building requires a Certificate of Insurance.

Shipping fees are flat-rate and include insurance. 

Shipping Process

Shipping typically takes 1–6 weeks after pickup depending on:

  • Region

  • Weather

  • Route timing

  • Rural access

Delays can happen and are out of our control.

You may also arrange your own shipping.

Delivery Requirements

Please let us know before purchasing if your delivery involves:

  • COI requirements

  • Stairs

  • Gated communities

  • Mountains or dirt roads

  • Tight access or elevators

  • Restricted delivery hours

These factors may affect the shipping quote and shipper selection.

Once your item is picked up, the buyer is responsible for staying in contact with the shipper.

If you miss the delivery window, the shipper will reschedule on their next route.

Shipping Insurance & Damage Claims

All shippers are insured.

You must inspect your item before the driver leaves.
Any damage must be reported directly to the shipper at the time of delivery so a claim can be filed.

Claims cannot be filed after the driver has left.

Pickup Policy

Free pickup is available by appointment.

  • Items must be picked up within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items left longer than 30 days without communication will be considered abandoned and re-listed.

 

Local Delivery Policy

Local delivery is available within the Atlanta area starting at $125.
