We’re Lindsay and Javi, the people behind Classic MCM Finds.
We’re a small, family run vintage furniture business based in Tucker, Georgia, just outside Atlanta. We specialize in Mid-Century Modern furniture and decor, with a particular love for beautiful, well made pieces from the 1950s through the 1970s.
We’re always on the hunt for those pieces that make you stop and look twice. Most weekends, and sometimes entire weeks, you’ll find us driving up and down the East Coast. Meeting with families, visiting homes, digging through garages and estate sales, and hoping we’ll stumble across something really special.
We don't buy furniture by the pallet or fill a warehouse with whatever we can find. Every piece is hand
selected by us. We look for good design, quality construction, beautiful materials, and pieces that still have plenty of life left in them.
Once something comes home with us, the work begins. Some pieces need a complete restoration, while others just need a good cleaning, a few repairs, or a little love. We try to preserve what makes each piece special rather than making it look brand new. Our goal is to keep the character and original design intact while making sure the furniture is sturdy, functional, and ready for its next home.
And this business really is a family affair. We’re a family of four, plus our two dogs, Lexi and Linus. Our kids, Oliver and Maya, have grown up watching all of this happen around them. The early mornings, late night pickups, furniture coming and going, sanding on the porch, staging pieces, loading the truck, and celebrating when something we've loved working on finally finds its new home.
It’s a lot of work, but we genuinely love the hunt. There’s something pretty great about finding a piece that someone else overlooked, bringing it back to life, and then seeing it become part of someone’s home again.

Why We Do This
Honestly, we just really love old furniture.
There’s something about finding a piece that has great design, beautiful wood, and good craftsmanship, especially when it’s been sitting somewhere forgotten, and knowing it still has a lot of life left in it.
Over the years, we’ve gotten pretty good at spotting the pieces that are worth saving. Sometimes it’s the wood grain or the lines. Sometimes it’s the hardware or the way something was built. And sometimes we can’t really explain it. We just see something special in it.
Javi and I eventually decided to step away from our full time careers and take a chance on this business. It was a big leap, but Classic MCM Finds has become so much more than buying and selling furniture. It’s something we’ve built together, right alongside raising our family.
Our kids have grown up with furniture coming in and out of the house, late night pickups, restoration projects on the porch, and all the behind the scenes work that goes into running a small business. They’ve seen the good days, the hard days, and everything in between.
And that's probably the biggest reason we care so much about how we do business. We want people to feel comfortable buying from us. We want you to know what you're getting, feel confident asking questions, and know that we’ll treat you the way we’d want to be treated.
At the end of the day, we’re just two people who love the hunt, love good furniture, and feel pretty lucky that we get to do this together.
