Shipping Fees
Nationwide shipping is coordinated through trusted furniture carriers.
Shipping rates are selected during checkout after entering your delivery address.

Large item shipping: $450
Oversized item shipping: $700
After purchase, we coordinate shipping logistics and confirm delivery timing directly with you.
Shipping TimelineLarge Item Shipping: $450
Most deliveries are completed within 2–6 weeks, depending on location, route scheduling, and carrier availability.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:
• geographic location
• carrier route schedules
• weather conditions
• building delivery requirements
We will communicate with you once a carrier has been scheduled and provide updates as they become available.
Delivery Scope
Standard Delivery (Included)
Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to shipment, all nationwide deliveries are curbside delivery only.
Curbside delivery includes:
• Delivery to the first accessible exterior location
• Ground-level drop-off only
• No interior placement
• No stairs or elevator service
• No assembly or installation
Movers are not authorized to:
• assemble furniture
• install or connect lighting
• stack or mount items
• adjust hardware, shelving, or doors
If a carrier performs services beyond curbside delivery without prior authorization, they do so at their own discretion and liability.
COI & Building Requirements
Some apartment buildings, condominiums, and managed properties require delivery documentation before allowing furniture deliveries.
These requirements may include:
• Certificate of Insurance (COI)
• Additional insured endorsements
• Hold harmless agreements
• Advance delivery approval from building management
These requirements vary by building and may affect carrier availability, pricing, and delivery timing.
Any additional costs related to COI documentation or building compliance will be discussed and approved prior to booking a carrier.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for coordinating directly with the carrier once the shipment is scheduled.
Customer responsibilities include:
• Being available for delivery scheduling communication
• Confirming delivery access conditions
• Ensuring adequate space and access for delivery
• Coordinating with building management if applicable
Customers must inspect their item at the time of delivery before the driver departs.
If there are any concerns:
• note the issue with the driver immediately
• take photographs of the item and packaging
• document the issue on the delivery paperwork if applicable
Claims cannot be filed after the driver has departed the delivery location.
Claims Process
If damage occurs during shipping, claims must be filed directly with the carrier responsible for transport.
To initiate a claim:
Document the issue immediately at delivery
Take clear photographs of the item and packaging
Contact the carrier directly to begin the claims process
Classic MCM Finds is not responsible for filing claims on behalf of customers but will provide carrier contact information if needed.
Third-Party Carrier Disclaimer
Shipping services are arranged as a convenience to our customers.
All carriers used for nationwide shipping are independent third-party companies and are solely responsible for:
• handling and transport of items
• delivery placement decisions
• conduct of delivery personnel
• damage occurring during transit or delivery
Classic MCM Finds does not control carrier operations and cannot assume responsibility for actions taken by third-party carriers.
Any delivery-related claims must be handled directly with the carrier and their insurance provider.
