Shipping Fees
We ship throughout the U.S. using trusted, independent furniture carriers.
Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the piece, destination, and carrier. Typical furniture shipping ranges from approximately $250–$700+, with larger or more difficult-to-access deliveries sometimes costing more.
Your shipping option and cost will be shown at checkout when applicable, or we’ll provide a shipping quote before purchase when a quote is required.
After purchase, we'll coordinate the shipment and work with you and the carrier to arrange delivery.
Shipping Timeline:
Most shipments take 1-4 weeks from the date of purchase, depending on location, carrier routes, weather, and scheduling.
Delivery times are estimates and can vary. We'll keep you updated as your shipment is arranged.
During winter months, we may pause shipping to certain northeastern states. Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about shipping to your area.
Standard Delivery
Nationwide shipping includes curbside delivery unless additional services have been arranged in advance.
Curbside delivery means the carrier will deliver the piece to the first accessible exterior location, such as a driveway, garage, or front entrance.
Standard delivery does not include:
Inside placement
Stairs or elevator service
Assembly or installation
Mounting or connecting furniture or lighting
If you need inside delivery or have special access requirements, please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm availability and pricing.
Building & Access Requirements
If your delivery involves an apartment, condominium, managed building, gated property, stairs, elevators, restricted delivery hours, or a Certificate of Insurance (COI), please let us know before purchasing.
Building requirements can affect the carrier available, shipping cost, and delivery timeline. Any additional charges will be discussed with you before the shipment is arranged.
Delivery Inspection
We carefully inspect and photograph each piece before it leaves our shop.
Please inspect your furniture carefully when it arrives and before the driver leaves. If you notice damage or have any concerns, notify the driver immediately and document the issue with photos.
If damage occurs during transit, the claim must be handled through the carrier. We will provide our pre-shipment photos and any other information we have that may help with the claim.
Shipping Insurance
Standard shipments do not include additional freight insurance.
If you'd like additional coverage, we can arrange your shipment through uShip, where insurance may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us before purchasing so we can provide a quote that includes insurance.
Independent Carriers
We work with independent third-party furniture carriers for nationwide deliveries. While we carefully select carriers we trust, we do not control their operations, routes, scheduling, or delivery personnel.
Once your furniture has been picked up, the carrier is responsible for its transportation and delivery.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available within approximately 25 miles of Atlanta, starting at $125.
Curbside delivery is standard. Inside placement may be available for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance.
Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available by appointment in Tucker, Georgia.
Please bring appropriate blankets, straps, and other materials needed to safely transport your furniture.
Items should be picked up within 14 days of purchase unless otherwise arranged.
